Dubai weather is warm and generally sunny in winter and hot and humid in the summer months. In winter the average is about 26C and in summer rises to the mid 30's. Rainfall is not common, if it occurs it will usually be in February or March.
The best time of the year to visit Dubai is between November and April, when the weather is coolest. During this period, daytime temperatures range between 22°C and 30°C.
Summer temperatures are in the mid-40s, and can soar even higher the further inland you go. In summer the temperature of the sea can reach 36 degrees C. The best beach weather is during early spring and late autumn, when the water temperatures are comfortable.
Remember though that whatever the outside temperature is and regardless of what time of year it is you will spend a lot of time indoors with very efficient air conditioning so remember to pack something that will keep you warm indoors.
